Job Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for overall sales performance of Modern Trade sales channel.
  • Coordinate with Key Account customers, focusing on MT sales channel to achieve company’s budget in terms of sales volume and margin.
  • Manage and lead team, which includes all store merchandisers.
  • Develop, implement and review annual sales budget and sales plan & strategies of above-mentioned channel.
  • Expand customer base in this channel and maintain good relationship with key accounts.
  • Ensure that merchandisers have good product knowledge and selling skill at all times, by conducting proper and regular training.
  • Ensure subordinates are provided with all necessary tools and knowledge to achieve their goal, including catalogue, sample, and other resources.
  • Generate sales report, sales forecast, and other report upon supervisor’s request.
  • Gather and update all market information, including competitors’ movement.
  • Analyze and report and propose alternatives to management concerning market situation.
  • Coordinate with relevant internal functions and ensure that all quality system and procedure are followed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in related field. Master degree’s or MBA is preferable.
  • Good Articulation & Presentation skills and English proficiency.
  • For at least 10 years, experience in sales and administration of cosmetic business channels or FMCG products through the Modern Trade channel.
  • Maintain an optimistic outlook on work and life.
  • Capable of using Microsoft Office / Excel / particularly Pivot / V lookup and Powerpoint on a PC.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license.
