Job Responsibilities

Accountable for branch sales management and inventory control in the relevant area.
Evaluate data and produce monthly performance reports.
Manage branch manpower with the organization framework established by the company including monitoring at how effectively BE perform in their jobs.
In addition to following up on customer complaints and recommending guidelines and approaches for assisting BE develop into better service.
Ensure that branch standards and service standards are managed and under control in accordance with business policy.
Monitoring branch opening and shutting.
Provide guidance and assist in educating BE on information about promotions.
Maintain track of the branch’s operation in every regard.
Responsible for related documents.
Mentor New Area Managers and Area Managers (Senior Area Manager).

Qualifications

Age 27-35.
A bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
3-5 years of experience as a Shop Manager or 2 years as an Area Manager with excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office).
Love service, leadership, and the ability to solve immediate problems.
Capable of driving a car and possessing a driver’s license.
Capable of traveling to other provinces.
