  • Accountable for branch sales management and inventory control in the relevant area.
  • Evaluate data and produce monthly performance reports.
  • Manage branch manpower with the organization framework established by the company including monitoring at how effectively BE perform in their jobs.
  • In addition to following up on customer complaints and recommending guidelines and approaches for assisting BE develop into better service.
  • Ensure that branch standards and service standards are managed and under control in accordance with business policy.
  • Monitoring branch opening and shutting.
  • Provide guidance and assist in educating BE on information about promotions.
  • Maintain track of the branch’s operation in every regard.
  • Responsible for related documents.
  • Mentor New Area Managers and Area Managers (Senior Area Manager).

Qualifications
Qualifications
  • Age 27-35.
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Shop Manager or 2 years as an Area Manager with excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Love service, leadership, and the ability to solve immediate problems.
  • Capable of driving a car and possessing a driver’s license.
  • Capable of traveling to other provinces.
  • Age 27-35.
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
