Job Responsibilities

Planning, analysis and including suggesting locations for branch expansion and relocation, coordination with shopping malls and space lessors is required when providing temporary space to assist branch rehabilitation plans.
Presenting the potential location for new branch, include collaborating with corporate departments concerned with the process about opening branches, relocating areas, upgrading branches, and closing branches in accordance with the designated work plan.
Evaluate branch sales in relation to rent and service costs. To arrange and collaborate with numerous landlords and shopping complexes to modify the rent to fit sales.

Qualifications

28 years+
Master’s degree in Business Administration.
At least 2 years of sales analysis experience.
Possess analytical abilities and cooperation with the company’s internal and external departments.
Analytical abilities and collaboration with external and internal company departments are required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
Be determined to work successfully and have a service-minded attitude.
