  • Create a guidebook to ensure that the sales team’s work is up to par. Maintaining and managing service standards. including evaluating the service outcomes of branch personnel in terms of both customer satisfaction ratings and the total number of complaints from customers.
  • Organize training to raise the level of sales personnel’s skills across all industries.
  • Through planning diverse sales team activities, prepare and coordinate educational strategies for selling a variety of items. via the organization’s internal infrastructure and social media.
  • To support the growth of the sales team personnel, update and create content while incorporating measurement in the E-learning program.
  • Organize a variety of activities to foster a positive sales culture. and encourage employee participation (People Engagement).
  • Other assignments.

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in related field.
  • Skilled in team development training or caring for salesperson.
  • Possesses the ability to coordinate with the company’s internal and external departments.
  • Excellent understanding and ability to use MS Office products and Social Media.
  • Have Service Mind and determination to work successfully.
