  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls, as well as working as an administrator, responding to chats on all social media platforms and giving information services, get client feedback, suggestions, and resolve fundamental issues, examine the root of the problem, prepared to respond to inquiries from consumers and other relevant issues, as directed by the company.
  • Selling products through online channels on all platforms designated by the organization.
  • Place a purchase order, cancel the transaction in case there is a problem.
  • Verify orders, payments, product status, and customer delivery if the product has not been received or has been delayed.
  • Ensure that all related after-sales services are provided to consumers.
  • Collaborate with other departments or relevant partners to solve consumer problems.
