  • Coordinate and oversee diverse events, including MICE, weddings, new product launches, and photoshoots.
  • Ensure seamless execution of events, meeting and exceeding client expectations.
  • Work closely with the events team to create memorable experiences.
  • Meets with guests during pre- and post-events to obtain feedback on quality of product (e.g., meeting facilities and equipment, food and beverage), service levels, execution against contract and overall satisfaction.
  • Supervise the on-site Cafe operations, managing menu planning, inventory, and quality control.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue generation of the cafe.
  • Oversee housekeeping operations to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Manage Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems for optimal functionality.
  • Implement security protocols to ensure the safety of guests and property.
  • Work with landscaping professionals and on-site gardeners to maintain the flower garden, ensuring it aligns with seasonal themes and enhances the overall aesthetics.
  • Collaborate with landscaping professionals to continually improve and innovate the outdoor space.
  • Lead and manage the human resources function, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a positive work culture and team collaboration among staff members.
  • Uphold high standards of customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure all customers complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the respective departments if necessary. Implement customer feedback mechanisms to enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Work with agencies to create attractive visuals and contents for the web site, social media account of the event space.
  • Manage the social media and PR team to promote the event space and cafe to attract customers.
  • Build and maintain close relationships with relevant media ensuring cost-effective and inventive ways to increase brand awareness with effective and measurable campaigns (Online/Offline).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
