  • The successful candidate will help to set up the new park and tourist destination in Pattaya (more details of the destination will be discussed in the interview process). During the pre-launch period, he/she will help to recruit the founding operations team and work to ensure the readiness of every aspect of the destination by early 2024.
  • Once opened, the General Manager will be managing the day to day operations to provide the best customer/ visitor experience at every touchpoint. This job will require the General Manager to work in Pattaya, with flexibility to work on weekends during peak visitor traffic.
  • Budget planning and P&L management.
  • Proposing seasonal programs/ festivals/ exhibitions.
  • Marketing to both local and overseas visitors.
  • Maintenance of buildings and park area.
  • Customer service standards and service quality control.
  • Human resource management.
  • Legal and general affairs.

Qualifications
Qualifications
  • More than 10 years in hospitality/ destination management background.
  • More than 2 years’ experience in General Manager/ Director level.
  • Fluent in English and Thai.
  • Ability to live and work in Pattaya area.
