Job Responsibilities

Study medicinal plant taxonomy to generate a database for investigating the botanical origins of medicinal plants to aid in the development of cosmetic extracts.
Plan the department’s operations and present them to management.
Applying breeding selection procedures. Propagation, breeding, and collecting of plants, flowers, and herbs for project usage.
Utilize plant knowledge to plan crop output, match demand, and track results.
Liaise with government entities to obtain expertise assistance in the development of plant breeding and propagation techniques.
Prepare information and collaborate with government agencies for importing and exporting plant varieties from overseas.

Qualifications

Graduated with a master’s degree or Ph.D. Plant-related fields include plant taxonomy, ecology, botany, horticulture, science, and agriculture, among others.
Have at least 10 years of plant management experience and a thorough understanding of the plants.
Have experience with innovative plant breeding and propagation technology.
Know and understand plant physiology and biology. Can benefit from many types of plants.
Have experience coordinating and planning activities in the operation room and in the field.
Possess expertise in data collection. Analyze data and deliver information systematically.
Good communication skills. Excellent coordination abilities.
Creative, enthusiastic, and willing to learn, bringing fresh development ideas and can effectively handle a variety of difficulties.
Excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in English.
