  • Study medicinal plant taxonomy to generate a database for investigating the botanical origins of medicinal plants to aid in the development of cosmetic extracts.
  • Plan the department’s operations and present them to management.
  • Applying breeding selection procedures. Propagation, breeding, and collecting of plants, flowers, and herbs for project usage.
  • Utilize plant knowledge to plan crop output, match demand, and track results.
  • Liaise with government entities to obtain expertise assistance in the development of plant breeding and propagation techniques.
  • Prepare information and collaborate with government agencies for importing and exporting plant varieties from overseas.

  • Graduated with a master’s degree or Ph.D. Plant-related fields include plant taxonomy, ecology, botany, horticulture, science, and agriculture, among others.
  • Have at least 10 years of plant management experience and a thorough understanding of the plants.
  • Have experience with innovative plant breeding and propagation technology.
  • Know and understand plant physiology and biology. Can benefit from many types of plants.
  • Have experience coordinating and planning activities in the operation room and in the field.
  • Possess expertise in data collection. Analyze data and deliver information systematically.
  • Good communication skills. Excellent coordination abilities.
  • Creative, enthusiastic, and willing to learn, bringing fresh development ideas and can effectively handle a variety of difficulties.
  • Excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in English.
