Job Responsibilities

Develop and improve extraction methods for plant and herbal extracts for use in cosmetic products at the pilot batch and production batch levels.
Source procurement and raw material stock control.
Management, production supervision, and production execution in accordance with the plan.
Preparation of specifications, MSDS, and documentation certifying extract quality.
Prepare monthly performance reports.
Always keep production equipment and tools ready for use.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in the Faculty of Science, Department of Chemical Sciences, Biotechnology, or another related field.
Have the ability to work in a lab and understand the fundamentals of natural substance extraction.
Creative, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and proficient of properly solving problems.
Skill in production planning and management.
Have effective coordination and communication skills.
Good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in English.
It will be advantageous if you have experience with the industrial production of natural extracts.
