Job Responsibilities

Review and gather research data on extracts or herbs.
Study and collect research data on extracts or herbs.
Critically analyze and obstinately determine the direction of research studies on the development of extracts in cosmetics of the department.
Evaluate the project’s feasibility and plan the department’s operations to present to the executives.
Define, assign and follow up on tasks within the department to ensure that they are in accordance with the plan.
Coordinate cooperation to develop research projects with external agencies, both public and private sectors.
Research and development of extraction methods synthesis including modifying the structure of natural compounds to be used in cosmetic products.
Develop and improve existing synthesis methods or modify the structure of natural compounds.
Prepare a manuscript for academic publication.
Prepare information about synthetic substances and extracts to present to relevant agencies.

Qualifications

30 years+
Master of Science in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Natural Products, or a related field.
Ability to carry out research on fundamental principles of chemistry of natural products and knowledge of organic chemical synthesis.
Leadership, planning ability, analytical thinking and problem solving, instruction, creativity, passion and curiosity.
Have strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate.
Experienced in research and publication on natural products or organic compound synthesis.
If you have experience in the beauty, food, or pharmaceutical industries, or if you have experience in cell culture research, biochemical assay tests such as Ant-Tyrosinase, Antioxidant, and Anticollagenase Activity will be advantageous.
Strong English speaking, oral communication, reading and writing skills.
