Job Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
  • Create marketing strategies and promotional tactics in the product category assigned (e.g. skin care/ make up/ body care) to achieve sales target.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of marketing and promotion strategy by working closely with related departments such as sales, retail operation, IT, brand communication.
  • Analyze sales and promotional effectiveness in all sales channels (own stores, traditional trade, modern trade, e-commerce). Use the insights from the data to adjust the marketing and promotion strategies for the product category assigned.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape to determine pricing and marketing strategy.
  • Forecast sales offtake for the products in the category assigned.
  • Monitor inventory level of the products in the category assigned, and creating promotional mechanics to achieve healthy inventory level when needed.
  • Manage the discount structure and profit margin for products in the category assigned.

Qualifications
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree with strong performance in quantitative subjects e.g. mathematics/ statistics/ economics/ finance/ marketing research/ computer science.
  • Experience in Category Management, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Product Management or related fields.
  • Strong data analysis skill.
  • Advanced Excel skill.
  • Experience using BI/ Cognos/ SAP preferred.
  • For Assistant Manager Candidate: Minimum of two years in previous Manager level position with direct report of 1-2 staff.
  • For Executive Manager Candidate: Minimum 5 years of work experience.
