  • To drive business performance through digital platforms by designing digital strategy, planning and executing campaigns with related teams and parties. Monitoring and adjusting digital plan to achieve business targets.
  • Develop and manage strategic digital channel marketing and channel development.
  • Drive consistent performance improvement through strategic thinking and data driven decision.
  • To analyze market and competitors to capture the business opportunity.
  • Create innovative features to provide seamless customer experience and enhance online services.
  • To initiate and innovate digital marketing campaign to drive brand as leader in digital context.
  • Design data acquiring plan to identify customer profile and persona through leveraging consumer research, content strategy, and data analytic to achieve hyper-personalization experience.
  • To explore new marketing to enhance business performance and driving sales result.
  • To monitor social listening and utilize tools to capture trends.
  • Co-create target customers and manage marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross channels and functions to develop flawless end-to-end customer journey within overall digital ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in related fields such as marketing/communication, business/technology management, MBA, or computer science.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in digital channels / digital business / digital marketing.
  • At least 5 years’ experience working cross-functions, with hands-on practice of project management in dynamic environment.
  • Ability to understand business objective and translate to appropriate design of channel journey, UX/UI, and action plan with technical feasibility and limited resources.
  • Knowledge / experience of digital marketing tools; SEM, SEO practice with ability to analyze performance data.
  • Strong skills and experience in manipulating and interpreting data analytics to understand results and measurements against objectives/goals.
  • Ability to build rapport, goal-oriented, organized team player.
  • Understanding and willingness to keep up to date with digital technology and digital marketing.
  • Some experience in banking and understanding of financial products/services would be a plus.
