Job Responsibilities

Qualifications

Education: A degree or diploma in industrial design, packaging engineering, or a related field or Minimum of 1 year experience in Product Design.
Experience: Prior experience in cosmetic packaging design, CAD software proficiency, and familiarity with manufacturing processes.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
Creativity: Ability to balance aesthetics and functionality while adhering to brand guidelines and industry trends.
Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy in creating technical drawings with precise measurements and tolerances.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Problem-Solving: Capacity to identify and address design challenges and technical issues in packaging development.
Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of cosmetic industry regulations and standards related to packaging design and labeling.
Organizational Skills: Capability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain organized documentation.
Project management skills with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
