Job Responsibilities

Investigate, discover, and collect plants or herbs to aid in studies and research on the development of extracts in cosmetics.
Evaluate the project’s feasibility and plan the department’s operation to present to the executives.
Conduct experiments and grow plants or herbs with outstanding natural active ingredients or other plants as assigned.
Improve the efficiency of growing medicinal plants in the research plot by using scientific technology or using effective management systems.
Liaise with government agencies to obtain knowledge and provision in developing methods for growing medicinal plants.
Transfer cultivation, production, and post-harvest technology to Contact Farming as assigned.
Provide information on how to request certification of agricultural standards, such as organic crop growing standards, both nationally and internationally.

Qualifications

Graduated with a master’s degree or higher in the Faculty of Agriculture or Science who specializes in plant science, agronomy, Agricultural Science Biology with a focus on plant biology, or other fields related to plant productivity. (Medicinal plants) in terms of quantity and quality by utilizing agricultural technology.
Have skills of research management and administration, especially at the research plot level.
Creative, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and capable of problem solving.
Possess the ability to design experiments (Experimental Design).
Have good communication skill.
If you have experience in plant productivity research and publications in international academic journals. (As an emphasis on medicinal plants) will be given special consideration in terms of quantity and quality using agricultural technology.
Have excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
